(f) Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code through Pro-Ledger;
(g) Use Pro-Ledger to infringe upon any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

Pro-Ledger and its associated content, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Pro-Ledger or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
