As a real estate agent what tools have you used to make a budget.. or do you even make a budget? Simply defined a budget is “a process of looking at a business’ estimated incomes….expenditures…over a specific period in the future.”

Without a budget you are at risk of running into some significant problems. If there is no clear idea of expenses and potential income financial difficulties are inevitable.
